How do I book?
We now use the famly app . If you are new, or haven't used us for a long time, please press the enquire now button above and express your interest, telling us all we need to know to contact you. We will then send you an invite to famly. You can tell us what regular sessions you need and we will book them for you. If you want ad hoc care you can book it yourself, but it is at a higher cost. We have limited availability so we do recommend booking for the rest of the year to avoid disappointment, and to save money too!.
How do I pay?
We encourage parents to save money on their fees by using childcare vouchers or the governments Tax Free Childcare Scheme. You can also pay by bacs, by cash, or online by card. With famly, or management system, you do not need to log your voucher payments anymore - we will update your account when it is received. Please email if you are a student who needs to claim using the Childcare Grant through the Student Loan Company.
Where are you based?
At Chapelford, we are based in the community hall at Chapelford Village Primary School and Chapelford Village Nursery. Please park at the bottom car park and walk up to the Community Entrance and ring the bell.
At Cinnamon Brow, we are in a mobile classroom near to the school hall.
What is your Ofsted number?
Both settings are registered with Ofsted.
